Please follow the checklist below if you are unable to log in to your account.

  1. Have you previously set up an account? You will need to do this in order to tender/submit information.
  2. Are you using the correct login for the correct pub group (The logins differ depending on the client)?
  3. If you have forgotten your username it is the name of the brewery (with no spaces in the name).
  4. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset this on the site under the login page.
  5. If none of the above are successful, please email with the following information;
    1. Name
    2. Brewery Name
    3. Contact Number
    4. Username
    5. Password
    6. Details of issue

Please note that we do keep a log of brewers who have requested additional admin time from The Beer Company and this may be charged in future.
