Cullercoats Brewery is a 12 year old family run north east craft brewery, producing small batch flavourful English ales. We brew English ales and supply in draft to pubs, and bottle conditioned beers for bars, shops and restaurants. Cullercoats Brewery has donated over £70,000 so far to the RNLI – 3p for every single pint sold. Our beer names are all connected to the history and locality of Cullercoats and the North East Coast. They celebrate the place and the people.
We aim to be the best north east craft brewery for quality English ales, delivered mainly to a local market, while supporting our local community. We celebrate home grown ingredients using only English hops and malt, and our own house yeast to brew premium ales. Our favourite hops are Challenger, Fuggle and Jester, all grown in Worcestershire, and our malted barley is always Maris Otter, from Thomas Fawcett’s in Yorkshire. Cullercoats Brewery has won 32 SIBA awards for cask and bottled beer.
