At Shipstone’s Brewery, we take the heritage of brewing seriously. We are custodians of a regional name around since 1852. So we take pride and respect the process, ingredients and flavour. We brew a constant core range of only 5 beers from recipes found in the archives, and then beers under our Hollow Stone Brewing Co craft brand are where we push the boundaries of recipe and ingredients. Since 2016 we have been at our Little Star Brewery which has a 12-barrel brewery, we are a small team that pride themselves in outstanding customer service and who will try and help our customers when ever we can.
