Who we share your data with
We share data with the following pub groups;
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
We only send information to the relevant client. These are all EU based.
How we protect your data
We utilise HTTPS on all our websites using an SSL certificate. This means that all the information sent to our website from another computer is encrypted rendering it unreadable if anyone were to attempt to intercept it. All passwords are set by the relevant users and we don’t have access to these. The site is also protected by a firewall that will automatically block the IP of anyone failing to log in with incorrect details multiple times to protect your data.
What data breach procedures we have in place
As part of the website firewall, we are notified if someone fails to log in too many times and is blocked by the website. We are also notified when an admin user logs in. In the event of a data breach, we will be aware as part of this automatic reporting, we will then lockdown the website and carry out an investigation to find out what if any information could have been accessed, and take the appropriate steps.
